• Your exact location or GPS data
• Payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe or Google)
• Any data from your device beyond what is listed above
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To send essential account emails (receipt, password reset, major service changes)
• To improve app accuracy using anonymized aggregate feedback
EMAIL POLICY
We will only email you for account-related notices (signup, password reset), subscription receipts, and critical service announcements. We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following service providers to operate ScratchIt Hunter. Each is bound by contract to protect your data:
• Google Play Billing (subscription processing)
• Stripe (alternative payment processing)
• Supabase (secure database and authentication hosting)
• Google Maps (in-app store location display)
We do not share your data with any party for advertising, marketing, or analytics outside of what is strictly required to deliver the app’s core functionality.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the essential service providers listed above.
DATA RETENTION & DELETION
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS (CALIFORNIA)
If you are a resident of California, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you have the right to:
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of any future data sharing (we do not currently share for sale)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
ScratchIt Hunter is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By using ScratchIt Hunter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
WHO CAN USE THIS APP
You must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase lottery tickets in your jurisdiction to use ScratchIt Hunter.
WHAT THIS APP IS
ScratchIt Hunter is an entertainment and discovery tool only. We display publicly available state lottery scratch ticket data and store information. We do not sell lottery tickets. We make absolutely no claims, predictions, or guarantees of winning outcomes — ever. “Hotness” rankings are informational only and have no bearing on your actual odds of winning. Always consult your state lottery’s official website for current prize odds and ticket information.
USER-SUBMITTED FEEDBACK
When you submit store feedback (e.g., “game not in stock”), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that information to improve app accuracy for all users. Do not submit false or misleading reports — abuse may result in account suspension.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
• Free tier available with limited features
• Paid plans billed through Stripe or Google
• Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees
• No refunds on partial billing periods, except where required by law
• We will never charge you for a feature without your explicit consent
DATA SOURCE & SERVICE RISK
ScratchIt Hunter relies on publicly available data from state lottery sources. We do not control these data sources. At any time and without notice, a state lottery may restrict, modify, or eliminate access to the data our service depends on. In such an event, we may be unable to provide some or all features of ScratchIt Hunter, and the service may cease to function entirely. By using ScratchIt Hunter, you acknowledge this inherent risk. We make no guarantee of continued service availability and are not liable for service interruptions or termination resulting from loss of data access. Subscription refunds will not be issued in the event of a data-source-driven service disruption or shutdown.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
• Submits false, misleading, or abusive feedback
• Attempts to scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app
• Violates any provision of these terms
• Engages in fraudulent payment activity
You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately and no refund will be issued for unused time.
DISCLAIMERS
ScratchIt Hunter is an entertainment tool only. We make no claims that using this app will improve your chances of winning. Lottery games are games of chance — no data, ranking, or pattern can predict outcomes. Odds vary by game and state; always refer to your official state lottery website for accurate prize and odds information. We do not encourage excessive gambling. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We provide this app “as is.” We are not liable for decisions made based on app data, missed winning tickets, or store inaccuracies. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of ScratchIt Hunter shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of ScratchIt Hunter shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and ScratchIt Hunter agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@scratchithunter.app within 30 days of first accepting these terms.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
